Care Instructions
- Turn the shirt inside out before washing.
- Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle; do not bleach or soak for long periods.
- Air-dry in a shaded, well-ventilated area or tumble dry on low.
- Use low heat if ironing and never iron directly over the printed surface.

At Kozmozracing, all of our products are made to order. Once you place an order, we manufacture your item just for you—one at a time—to ensure the best quality and craftsmanship.
We work with a global network of printing vendors and artists based in the United States, China, Vietnam, and other regions. All orders are shipped using trusted carriers such as UPS, DHL, FedEx, 4PX and Yun Express.

We currently offer shipping to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, European Union countries, and selected international destinations. Shipping Express is available to 10 select countries — see the list below.
Note: We do not ship to APO/FPO military addresses at this time.

3 Processing & Delivery Times
Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time
We process all orders during business days (Monday–Friday, excluding major US holidays). Orders placed during weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. All timeframes below are in business days.

4 Order Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link once your package leaves our warehouse. If you haven't received tracking information within 15 business days, please contact our support team.
If your tracking status shows "no information available," please allow up to 5–7 business days for the carrier's system to update.
5 Partial Shipments
Due to our fulfillment process, items in the same order may be shipped separately. You will receive individual tracking numbers for each shipment.
6 Duties, Taxes & Customs (International Orders)
All international shipments are sent DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). We do not collect VAT, customs duties, or import fees at checkout. These charges may be levied by your local customs office and are the buyer's responsibility.
Important for EU customers (effective July 1, 2021):
- VAT is now applied to all imports into the EU regardless of value.
- We may declare a lower value on packages to reduce VAT burden.
- If customs requires a purchase invoice, please contact us for support before responding.

We process orders on business days which are Monday through Friday, Eastern Standard Time, and exclude holidays observed by the Post Office: New Year’s Day, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. Refund Policy
Every item is made to order. This summary follows our full Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy, which always controls.
You can cancel within 4 hours of checkout at no fee if production has not started. Email [email protected] with the subject “Cancel Order” + your order number and checkout email. After 4 hours production may have started, so cancellation or changes may no longer be possible, but contact us and we will check.
Contact us within 30 days of delivery if your item arrives damaged, has a clear manufacturing or print defect, or is the wrong item or a wrong size we printed in error. Email your order number, item name and clear photos (full item + close-up of the issue).
For verified defects we send a free replacement whenever possible, and in most cases you do not need to return the original. If a replacement is not available, we may refund the defective item.
- Change of mind after the 4-hour cancellation window.
- Wrong size, fit or style chosen by the customer. Please check the size chart on the exact product page before ordering.
- Slight color differences between screens and printed fabric.
- Wear, washing or damage after delivery.
- Personalization text or numbers typed in error once production has started.
- Items marked final sale or clearance.
Mandatory consumer protection laws in your country still apply.
Approved refunds go to your original payment method (Stripe or PayPal). We typically submit them within 5–10 business days after approval; your bank or PayPal may take additional time to show the credit.
If tracking shows no progress for an extended period, email us with your order number. We open an investigation with the carrier, and verified loss is handled with a free replacement.
