Every Kozmozracing item is custom Made-to-Order. To guarantee your gifts and race day apparel arrive before key holidays, your order must be placed before 11:59 PM Central Time (CT) on the cut-off dates below. During peak Q4 carrier volume, orders placed after cut-offs cannot be expedited.

Orders of $100.00 or more qualify for Free Standard Shipping worldwide. Because each piece is crafted to order, production (6-8 business days) cannot be compressed. We strongly advise placing orders 2-3 business days ahead of cut-off dates to buffer against severe winter weather or carrier congestion.

Every product is made to order. Production happens before carrier transit, so delivery time is the two windows combined.
Cancellation window
First 4 hoursContact support immediately if you need to correct or cancel the order. Production can begin quickly, so changes are not guaranteed after this window.
Made to order
6-8 business daysYour item is printed or produced for the order. Multiple items may be completed at different facilities.
Quality check & packing
Included in productionThe finished item is checked and packed. This step is included within the 6-8 business-day production estimate.
Dispatched
Within 1 day after QCA shipping label and tracking number are created. The first carrier scan may take 5-7 business days to appear.
In transit
5-14 business daysThe parcel moves through export, international hubs and the destination network. Use the table below for your route and method.
Customs clearance
Often 1-5+ business daysInternational parcels may require a Tax ID, documents or payment from the recipient. Customs time is outside Kozmozracing and carrier control.
Local carrier handoff
Usually 1-5 business daysA local postal service or courier completes the last mile. Follow its tracking instructions and delivery notices.
Delivered successfully
Final delivery dayYour parcel has reached the delivery address. Check the package soon after arrival and report any issue with photos and your order number.

“Fast” applies to carrier transit only; it does not bypass made-to-order production. Remote and customs-heavy destinations can take longer.
Customs & destination notes
The recipient is responsible for providing requested information and paying destination charges assessed by authorities or carriers.
Brazil
Customs or Correios may request CPF/CNPJ and payment before release. Monitor tracking and official notices.
Mexico
RFC/CURP or other recipient information and import contributions may be required for clearance.
European Union
From 1 July 2026, an EU temporary €3 duty may apply per tariff-classified item. Kozmozracing includes a US$3.50 processing contribution in EU shipping fees; this does not guarantee that all VAT, duty or carrier charges are covered.
Italy / Spain
For refused or unclaimed parcels, return-to-sender service may be unavailable. Keep address, phone and delivery access accurate.
Chile / Peru / Ecuador
Local identity or tax details may be requested. Delayed recipient action can extend clearance or lead to disposal/return.
New Zealand
Remote areas and local handoff can add time beyond the standard estimate. Follow the destination carrier scan.
Important: Refusing a parcel, not collecting it, providing an incorrect address or not completing customs requirements may prevent a refund or replacement. Contact support before taking action.
Shipping FAQ
What if I place my Christmas order after the December 6 cut-off?
If you order between December 7 and December 11 (23:59 CT), you must select Fast Shipping (+ $3.00) at checkout for guaranteed delivery before December 24. Orders placed after December 11 will be produced and shipped in order of receipt, but will arrive in late December or early January. If you missed the shipping cut-off, choose an Instant Digital Gift Card for instantaneous delivery straight to the recipient’s inbox.
Why might my items arrive in separate parcels? (Split Shipments)
Kozmozracing items are crafted by dedicated specialist facilities (for example, our Hero 230 GSM Paddock Polos and apparel are fulfilled at our primary US facility, while custom handcrafted sneakers and all-over-print suits are produced at dedicated specialty workshops). Items from different categories complete production independently and dispatch as soon as ready. You will receive individual tracking numbers for each parcel at no additional shipping fee.
Can I modify or change the delivery address for a holiday gift?
You have a strict 4-hour window after placing your order to contact [email protected] for address corrections or modifications. Once this 4-hour window closes, orders enter automated production and shipping manifests are generated. We cannot reroute packages once dispatched.
How does Free Worldwide Shipping apply during the holidays?
All orders with a subtotal of $100.00 or higher automatically receive Free Standard Shipping applied at checkout. This promotion is valid worldwide for both US domestic and international destinations.
My tracking has not updated. Is the parcel moving?
A label may be created before the first physical scan. Allow 5-7 business days after dispatch for the first update. Carrier scans can also pause between international hubs.
What if I still have no tracking after 15 business days?
Email [email protected] with your order number and checkout email so the team can check production and dispatch status.
My order is past the estimated window. What should I do?
Check tracking for customs, attempted delivery or an address notice. If the estimate has passed with no useful update, contact support with your order number and tracking link.
What happens if the parcel appears lost?
Kozmozracing will request an investigation from the carrier or fulfillment partner. If the parcel is verified lost, an eligible replacement or refund will be handled under the Return & Refund Policy.
Why did one order arrive in multiple parcels?
Made-to-order products may come from different facilities or finish production at different times. Each parcel can have its own tracking number.
Who pays customs tax or provides a Tax ID?
The recipient must provide any requested Tax ID and pay charges assessed by the destination authority or carrier. Customs holds are not included in delivery estimates.
Can you reroute an incorrect address or refused parcel?
Contact support immediately. Rerouting is not guaranteed after dispatch, and refused or unclaimed international parcels may not be returned to Kozmozracing.
