We work with a global network of printing vendors and artists based in the United States, China, Vietnam, and other regions. All orders are shipped using trusted carriers such as UPS, DHL, FedEx, 4PX and Yun Express.

3 Processing & Delivery Times
Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time
We process all orders during business days (Monday–Friday, excluding major US holidays). Orders placed during weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. All timeframes below are in business days.

4 Order Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link once your package leaves our warehouse. If you haven't received tracking information within 15 business days, please contact our support team.
If your tracking status shows "no information available," please allow up to 5–7 business days for the carrier's system to update.
5 Partial Shipments
Due to our fulfillment process, items in the same order may be shipped separately. You will receive individual tracking numbers for each shipment.
6 Duties, Taxes & Customs (International Orders)
All international shipments are sent DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). We do not collect VAT, customs duties, or import fees at checkout. These charges may be levied by your local customs office and are the buyer's responsibility.
Important for EU customers (effective July 1, 2021):
- VAT is now applied to all imports into the EU regardless of value.
- We may declare a lower value on packages to reduce VAT burden.
- If customs requires a purchase invoice, please contact us for support before responding.

We process orders on business days which are Monday through Friday, Eastern Standard Time, and exclude holidays observed by the Post Office: New Year’s Day, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. Return Policy
In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged, please ensure that you CONTACT US within 48 hours of delivery and to ensure we thoroughly manage your query, our customer support team will also ask for a detailed description through email: [email protected], along with your receipt, photos and/or video to support your findings.
Below is few reasons you can’t return your item and cancel your order:
- You have chosen a wrong size , wrong color and wrong type of product .
- Your order was placed more than 4 hours ago.
- The quality in product is considered good.
- You have changed your mind and wish to return your product.
- Orders may be cancelled at no charge within 4 hours of purchase if production has not started. After this 4-hour window or once production has started, cancellation may not be available.
- Canceling or request to cancel while item(s) in transit.
- We also will not refund orders without the recipient / recipients not respond to the post office
- Please note that if you using coupon code, we don’t accept to refund in any case. Thanks for your understanding.
We accept to customer return and refund in following reasons:
– Faulty Item Received:
If you receive a faulty item, just send us a picture of it toour email along with your order number. If the item deliver to you would be faulty or if withers off in the first wash, we’ll send you a free reshipment. You don’t have to send it back to us. All we’d need would be a picture of the faulty item.
– Not delivered on time
We totally understand that it’s highly frustrating not to receive the orders on time. You might have ordered it for a special occasion or you simply don’t like waiting. All of our product are custom-made-to-order and handcrafted to the highest quality standards. Please allow 6-8 days to receive a tracking number while your order is hand-crafted, packaged and shipped from our facility. Estimated shipping time is 2-4 weeks by the shipping companies to make your order reach you. Because we have several different warehouses, there are some products that are shipped differently at the same time. But, in some cases it might be delayed due to post office issues. Every post office can’t accommodate packages after a certain limit, hence the delays are caused.
We’d really appreciate if you wait for your order for a few more days. We’ll always be there to assist you let you know about it’s status. You’ll have the tracking details too to keep a check on the status.
It gets very difficult for us to cancel the order after it leaves our factory. So once it leaves our factory, it will reach you

– Wrong size received
If you’ve received the wrong size, please check the order you placed with us. We’ve seen in most of the cases that the wrong size if selected by our customers when they place the order without reading description carefully . In cases like those, we only offer discount code 50% to next purchase because we notify very carefully in tittle and description.
If you ordered the right size, but still got the wrong one, we’ll be more than happy to send you a free reshipment.
Just let us know with a picture of it and we’ll be there to get it done for you.
– Timing for a return
All returns / exchanges of online orders, must be returned within 30 days from the day the order was shipped.
It could take up to two weeks for us to receive and process your return. We will credit your original form of payment unless otherwise specified.
All items purchased must be returned in the same condition as they were delivered in and in original packaging. They can not have been assembled and disassembled.
A refund or replacement will not be issued if your item is misused, mistakenly installed or mishandled. Please follow the manufacturers instructions at all times. Postage costs may apply in certain circumstances of incorrect choice or mistake purchases to assist in a positive resolution.
