Kozmozracing starts designing after you place a custom order. We do not offer free mock-ups before purchase, and every item is made to order.

Before you order: a quick checklist
- Spell the name carefully and double-check the number.
- Pick colors and style references before you start.
- Have your logo or flag file ready if you want to add one.
- Check the size with the size guide.
- Check the deadline. Personalized items are made to order: 4–7 calendar days of production, then 7–12 days in transit (11–17 days in total). For Christmas, order by 6 December for US standard shipping on polos, ugly sweaters and pit shirts, or by 30 November for custom sneakers, tracksuits and international orders. Yes, on products that support it. Use your own crew, club or personal logo.
How long does a personalized order take?
Production takes 4–7 calendar days (7–10 for sneakers), followed by quality inspection and 7–12 days of carrier transit. That is about 11–17 calendar days in total.
Do personalized orders ship free?
Orders of $100 or more ship free worldwide.
Can I change or cancel a personalized order?
Changes are free within 4 hours of ordering. After that, the order moves into manufacturing. Orders may be cancelled free of charge within four hours of purchase if production has not started.
