How to measure: garment method (recommended)
- Pick a similar item that fits you the way you like, e.g. a polo for a polo, a hoodie for a hoodie.
- Lay it flat on a table, buttoned or zipped. Smooth out wrinkles; don’t stretch it.
- Chest: measure straight across, about 1 in (2.5 cm) below the armpits, from side seam to side seam. Double that number. Our charts show the full chest, not half.
- Length: measure from the highest point of the shoulder (where the collar meets the shoulder seam) straight down to the bottom hem.
- Joggers: lay the waistband flat and relaxed, measure straight across and double it. Do the same across the widest part of the hips.
- Compare your numbers with the chart and pick the closest size. If you’re between two sizes, choose the larger one.

Are these body measurements or garment measurements?
Garment measurements: the finished item laid flat. For the best result, measure a similar item you own and compare.
What if I'm between two sizes?
Choose the larger size. Handmade items can vary by about 2–3 cm (about 1 in) from the chart.
Can I return or exchange an item if the size doesn't fit?
Every item is made to order, so we can't refund or exchange items when the size selected at checkout doesn't fit. If we made a mistake (wrong size sent, or a defect), contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos and we'll send a free replacement. Usually no return is needed.
I picked the wrong size. Can I fix my order?
Contact us within 4 hours of ordering. If production hasn't started, you can cancel for free and place a new order with the right size.
How do I choose sneaker size?
Measure your foot length in millimeters and pick the size whose insole length is the same or slightly longer. If you're between sizes, go up. Footwear is made to order and takes about 15–20 calendar days.
Do you have kids' sizes?
Yes. Polo shirts come in Kid and Youth sizes, and Basketball Jerseys in Youth sizes. Select the “Kid” or “Youth” tab to see the chart.
